No Refund
1. No Refund on membership charges.
2. Refund can be claimed on –
Non-delivered products – Non-delivered products can be considered after 7 working days of the expected delivery date.
Wrong product delivered – difference on the model number, color, making year, and brand name will be considered.
Damaged product delivered. ( Full Unboxing Video Required uncut)
3. Refund Can’t be claimed
If the order is not cancelled within 12 hours after order is placed,
If the wrong delivery address is given and not changed before dispatch.
If the order is not received at the given address.
Order Cancellation can’t be accepted in any circumstance if the order is dispatched.
Refund will be processed through online mode in 5-6 working days after we receive the returned product in the same condition we deliver.
Refund will be processed after 7 working days of the coupon/offer expiration date if the order was placed through coupons so it can be made sure the coupon will not be used any further after order cancellation.
We try to deliver orders within 10 working days after order is placed.
INCR3DIBLE 3D PRINTS reserves all rights to cancel orders and raise a full refund without sharing the reason.
Return Policy
When placing your order, please be sure to review the product description. A video showing the defects of the item found during installation must be presented when requesting a replacement.
Customers must bear the shipping cost for both routes, even if the product is replaced within the warranty period.
Customised 3D prints are not eligible for refund.
In the event that our supplied product is working, but the customer has identified other defects in their gadget and wants to return the product. A 30% deduction will apply in such a case, and only 70% of your payment will be refunded. However, returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition in, which they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
INCR3DIBLE 3D PRINTS will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
